No but seriously, it goes both ways when someone comes with far fetched ideas. The looks of “are you crazy?” “Man nope we’re tired” “not againnnnnn” usually come. But then the conversation quickly changes to “OK what if we do…” or “let’s say we did…” and just like that we’re about to do something crazy good!

Definitely looking forward to the next few months of some crazy good ideas getting their wings 🧚🏽

Managing a leader’s comms is a whole different ball game compared to the average business account.

It’s not about going viral, it’s about serving the people they’re leading. Balancing accessibility with authority. Creating a personal brand that speaks to their character, and their public persona.

Leadership platforms are public communication channels, not just social media.

Oftentimes leaders have serious communications machinery supporting their office. The real magic is when they’re so in sync with the leader that it’s hard to tell if the leader wrote the speech, the quote or the caption.

Just because someone works in the communications field doesn’t mean they’re a social media manager. This just might be our most epic content. 🏃🏽‍♀️🌊✨

When we were tasked with communicating Marine Spatial Planning during the excitement of track and field season, we knew the message had to meet the audience where they already were.

So we asked ourselves: how do we make something as complex as ocean zoning instantly relatable?

The answer was already on the track.

What started as a challenge became one of our favourite creative breakthroughs, translating a highly technical concept into something familiar, visual, and easy to understand for Barbadians.

Great communication isn’t just about saying something.
It’s about making sure people truly get it.
