UCB Plc has recently partnered with ZUNOKS Consulting on an HR transformation project. The initiative is to embed best HR practices and redefine industry benchmarks.

As part of the journey, ZUNOKS consulting conducted a day-long workshop for a group of 40 Mid-Senior Level Management on how to write appropriate Job Descriptions and to evaluate positions based on globally acceptable Job Evaluation methodology. This workshop was to help UCB Plc build internal capacity to independently conduct job evaluation during and at the end of the transformation project. The program led by Matiul Nowshad, Co-Founder & Partner of ZUNOKS Consulting was facilitated by Peggy Liew & Zeenat Zahir.

ZUNOKS Consulting is thrilled to share a successful completion of Leadership Programme to enable “Digital Transformation” of Grameenphone. 250+ Leaders of Grameenphone went through the programme branded as LeadNext.

LeadNext was designed as a blended learning solution, a day filled with cases of digital transformation across various industries like automotive, banks, telco, hospitality.

The second day was an “Experiential Learning” programme, taking the participants through a process of learning from their own behaviors once they were put in the hot seat of leading a business-like project. The relevant digital mindsets were used to design the projects and the leadership ability was tested and feedback were given. The leaders came out of it with a mindset of transforming GP from a Telco to TelcoTech.

As part of the journey, ZUNOKS consulting conducted a 2-day interactive and engaging strategic workshop to co-create future led HR programs supporting the bank’s vision.

The program led by Mr. Matiul Nowshad, Co-Founder & Partner of ZUNOKS Consulting together with Ms. Peggy Liew & Ms. Zeenat Zahir.

ZUNOKS Consulting recently facilitated a Leadership Program partnered with IIM, Calcutta for the top leaders of EDOTCO Bangladesh Co. Ltd. The program led by Co-Founder & Partner, Matiul Nowshad had two parts, concept learning and simulation. The concept learning part was conducted by Prof. Vidyanand Jha, Professor of Organizational Behavior, Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC) and Matiul Nowshad, and Strategic Simulation-based Learning connecting with the theme of the program ‘Ambidextrous Organization’ was run by ZUNOKS Co-Founders & Partners, Shahed Quazi and Saifuddin Khaled.

Sunil Issac, Country Managing Director, of EDOTCO Bangladesh set the scene for EDOTCO 2024 and Beyond for the leaders at the beginning of the program.
