!! Genesis is Hiring Software Development Course Trainer !!
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Development Course Trainer to join our team. As a Course Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions and designing course content for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on software development topics such as programming languages, software design, web development, mobile app development, and other related areas.
- Design and develop course content, including course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology advancements to ensure course content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve course offerings and delivery methods.
- Provide support and guidance to students to ensure their success in the course.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others.
• Experience in teaching or training others in software development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and course content.
