A. Academic Criteria:
1. Gone Through The Last Semester of BBA/MBA/Hons’/Masters in Any Subject.
2. Contenders Should Have The CGPA At least 2.80/Pass out of 4.00.
B. Added Advantages:
1. Complete the Courses named Strategic Marketing Management, Business Math, Macro & Micro Economics, HRM, Financial Management, BuSCoM and Marketing Research with a Minimum Grade of B+.
2. Previous Experiences will be treated as an added advantage but not mandatory at all.
C. Other Requirements:
1. Should Be An Out-Going And Vibrant Personality.
2. Self Managerial Skill to Handle Multiple Responsibilities and Can Do Attitude.
3. Able to Think Out-side of the Box and Have The Capacity to Create Something Out of Nothing.
4. Good at Report Writing Skill, Mind-Set of Country-Wide Travelling for Project Purpose, Policy Formulation and Client Relationship Management.
5. A Complete Team Player with Professional Mind-Set Towards Achieving Organizational Goal.

D. Age Baar:
Not more than 26 Yrs old as per birth certificate. But for exceptional candidates, age-baar may be relaxed.
