📢 JOB CIRCULAR – HR EXECUTIVE

Bluewave Shipping Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible HR professional to join our Human Resources & Administration team.

🔹 Position: HR Executive

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Chattogram, Bangladesh

📌 Key Responsibilities:

 Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
 Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and employee onboarding.
 Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
 Prepare employment letters, HR notices, and other official documents.
 Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
 Coordinate employee performance evaluations and HR-related activities.
 Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
 Handle employee communication and resolve HR-related issues professionally.
 Support management in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
 Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, employee relations, and documentation.
 Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
 Experience in the shipping/maritime industry will be an advantage.
