Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns. Understand each client's unique needs, goals, and expectations.
2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful ex*****on of client projects. Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client objectives.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
3. Client Communication: Communicate project status, deliverables, and results to clients in a clear and timely manner. Address client inquiries promptly and professionally. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
4. Strategy Development: Work closely with clients to define their marketing and communication strategies. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key metrics. Generate reports and insights to demonstrate the value delivered to clients. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications: Graduate from any Reputable University.
BBA in Marketing graduates are preferred.
Experience: Prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in Client Servicing/Internship in marketing agencies.

Remuneration:
BDT: 18,000 - 25,000 (Based upon experience)
