UK To BD SuperShop is a budget friendly page from where you can order authentic UK based products directly from UK. Unlike other UK based page our aim to provide original items to your doorstep; here we do not sell any kind of fake or duplicate products. We as an online seller would like to request all of you to try our service at least once and then you can judge after getting our products that we are 100% authentic. We are sure that you will love our services.
Before placing any order read the rules properly-
1)We are Chittagong based page so we have PUP available in Chittagong ( from where you can pick up your order.)
2) Inside Chittagong COD is 80tk. Outside of Chittagong delivery charge is 130tk. We use Pathao courier, as we provide COD they charge 1% of the money.
3) We take order on pre order basis. In order to confirm your product you have to pay 50% advance of your total amount. Without advance we won’t be able to confirm your slot.
4) The 50% advance money is Non refundable if you cancel your order by your wish.
5) Before dispatching your products we will inbox you so please do receive the call of delivery man. If the parcel is send back to us you have to pay double delivery charge next time we send.
6) You have to open the parcel in front of the delivery man. After the delivery man is gone we don’t have any liability of your product.
7) Most importantly you can’t cancel your order at any cost after your order is confirmed or you have paid advance. We won’t give any refund unless it is our fault.
8) NO HOLD IS ALLOWED. We will dispatch your order immediately after the shipments arrive in BD. If you want us to hold your product you have to pay full amount of your total order (other 50% of the total money) in that case.
9) We provide authentic product. So never question our authenticity. If you 100% believe us then you are welcome in our page otherwise we won’t force anyone to place order if you are unsure.
10 ) Your order will be confirmed on the basis of advance. Don’t request us to confirm your order without advance.
11) If we find any customer not replying our text or blocking us after the products arrive or during delivery time. We will post their ID in the fraud alert group. We will make sure they can never order from other group without paying 50% advance.
12) If you repeatedly cancel your order more than once then we will never take your order henceforth.
