Vacancy: International Customer Service Executive
Location: Agrabad, Chittagong, Bangladesh (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time / Shift-based (To align with international time zones)
We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated young professionals to join our growing team as International Customer Service Executives. If you have exceptional English communication skills and a passion for helping people, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, and live chats) from customers across the UK, USA, and Australia.
Assist international customers with inquiries, product questions, troubleshooting, and order processing efficiently.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in every interaction to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Accurately update and maintain customer records and interaction details in the company CRM.
Work closely with team leaders and operations management to meet daily performance targets and quality benchmarks.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent are mandatory.
Education: Minimum Graduation (Fresh graduates in English, or similar backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply).
Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work in rostered shifts, including night shifts, to align with global time zones (US/UK/AU).
Skills: Strong active listening, problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency (typing speed and multitasking). Expert in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspaces.
Experience: Prior experience in an international BPO or call center environment is a plus, but freshers with outstanding English skills are welcome!
