Position: 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲
Department: Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
✅ Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
✅ Conduct virtual meetings with potential clients and visit physically if needed.
✅ Negotiate/close deals while collecting feedback from clients.
✅ Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, plans and budgets.
✅ Create content for the company's website, social media channels, and other digital platforms
✅ Provide software support and oversee customer service processes. Handle complaints and provide solutions.
✅ Keep records of all sales and support activities. Provide weekly and monthly reports.
✅ Other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
○ Graduation from any reputed university in relevant fields.
○ 1 -2 years of experience in relevant field will be considered an additional advantage.
○ Educational requirement will be considered for extraordinary candidates.
○ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
○ Both males and females can apply.
○ Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
○ Proactive, fast learner and passion for sales.
○ Excellent communication skills are a must.
○ Tech-savvy and up-to-date with the latest digital trends; proficient in office tools and familiar with AI-powered tools.
