Panacea Tech Ltd. is looking for two energetic, responsible, and self-motivated individuals to join our ERP Implementation Team. This role is highly suitable for candidates who are interested in technology, factory operations, garments/RMG sector, software implementation, troubleshooting, and client communication.

No prior job experience is required. We are looking for candidates who have a strong learning mindset, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to work on-site in factories/garments.

📑 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

1️⃣ Visit factories/garments and support ERP implementation activities.
2️⃣ Communicate with factory users, supervisors, operators, and management.
3️⃣ Provide basic troubleshooting support during ERP usage.
4️⃣ Identify user issues, workflow problems, and system errors.
5️⃣ Analyze problems and report them clearly to the technical team.
6️⃣ Train factory users on basic ERP operations.
7️⃣ Support QR-based machine tracking, maintenance workflow, and production-related ERP usage.
8️⃣ Coordinate between factory users and the software development team.
9️⃣ Collect feedback from users and help improve the ERP system.

🧠 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

1️⃣ No prior experience required.
2️⃣ Any academic major can apply.
3️⃣ Must be tech-enthusiastic and willing to learn.
4️⃣ Basic computer and software usage knowledge is required.
5️⃣ Basic troubleshooting knowledge will be helpful.
6️⃣ Good communication skill is important.
7️⃣ Ability to understand errors, analyze problems, and explain issues clearly.
8️⃣ Must have a problem-solving mindset.
9️⃣ Must be willing to work on-site at factories/garments.

During the probation period, employees will receive salary only. After successful completion of the probation period, other benefits will be applicable.
