প্রাইভেট ভার্সিটির ১২,৮৬৪ শিক্ষার্থীর তথ্য বার কাউন্সিলে

আইনজীবী হিসেবে অন্তর্ভুক্তিকরণ পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিতে বার কাউন্সিলের বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুসারে ৩৬টি প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় তাদের নিজ প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষার্থীদের তালিকা জমা দিয়েছে।

বার কাউন্সিল সূত্রে জানা যায়, প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলো তাদের বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ২০১২, ২০১৩ ও ২০১৪ সালে আইন বিভাগে স্নাতকে ডিগ্রী অর্জনকারী সর্বমোট ১২ হাজার ৮৬৪ জন শিক্ষার্থীর নামের তালিকা বাংলাদেশ বার কাউন্সিলে দাখিল করেছে।

একই সঙ্গে ছাত্রছাত্রীদের আসন সংখ্যা উল্লেখ করে ইউজিসি-এর অনুমোদনপত্রও তালিকার সঙ্গে দাখিল করা হয়েছে।

বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের তালিকা এখন বার কাউন্সিল যাচাই-বাছাই করছে। নিরীক্ষা শেষে বার কাউন্সিলের এনরোলমেন্ট কমিটির মিটিং অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। সেই মিটিং থেকেই ভাগ্য নির্ধারিত হবে প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীরা আইনজীবী হিসেবে অন্তর্ভুক্তির পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিতে পারবে কিনা? আর পারলেও কীভাবে এবং কোন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে কতজন পারবে তাও নির্ধারিত হবে এ মিটিংয়ে।

এ বিষয়ে বাংলাদেশ বার কাউন্সিলের সচিব মো. আলতাফ হোসাইন দ্য রিপোর্টকে বলেন, সর্বমোট ৩৬টি প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় তাদের আইনের শিক্ষার্থীদের তালিকা জমা দিয়েছে। ইউজিসির (বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় মঞ্জুরি কমিশন) অনুমোদন অনুযায়ী তালিকা ঠিক আছে কিনা, সেটা যাচাই-বাছাই করা হচ্ছে। এটা শেষ করে একটা মিটিং ডাকা হবে। তারপর সিদ্ধান্ত হবে কীভাবে প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীরা এনরোলমেন্টের পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করবে।

মিটিং কবে নাগাদ হতে পারে জানতে চাইলে তিনি বলেন, ঈদের পরে হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বেশি।

তিনি আরও বলেন, কমিটির মিটিং শেষে প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীরা এনরোলমেন্টের জন্য পরীক্ষা দেওয়ার সুযোগ পাবে। তবে যাদের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা বা ইউজিসি থেকে অভিযোগ আছে তাদের বিষয়ে অন্যরকম সিদ্ধান্ত আসতে পারে।

প্রসঙ্গত, আইনজীবী হিসেবে অন্তর্ভুক্তির পরীক্ষায় প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীদের অংশগ্রহণের জন্য ফরম দিচ্ছে না বাংলাদেশ বার কাউন্সিল। এ কারণে এবারের নিম্ন আদালতের এনরোলমেন্ট পরীক্ষা প্রায় ছয় মাস পিছিয়ে যাচ্ছে। এ বছরের শেষ নাগাদ পরীক্ষা হতে পারে বলে ধারণা করা হচ্ছে।

এর আগে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় মঞ্জুরি কমিশন থেকে প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের আইন বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থীদের তালিকা চেয়ে নোটিশ দিয়েছিল বার কাউন্সিল। কিন্তু ইউজিসির পক্ষে প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের আইন বিভাগে স্নাতকে ডিগ্রী অর্জনকারী শিক্ষার্থীদের তালিকা দেওয়া সম্ভব নয় বলে জানানো হয় বার কাউন্সিলকে। এরপর গত ২৭ মে বার কাউন্সিল একটি গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করে।

গণ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বলা হয়, “এতদ্বারা সংশ্লিষ্ট বেসরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় সমূহের কর্তৃপক্ষের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাইতেছে যে, বাংলাদেশ বার কাউন্সিলের সিদ্ধান্ত মোতাবেক বেসরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হইতে ২০১২, ২০১৩ ও ২০১৪ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে আইনে স্নাতক ডিগ্রী অর্জনকারী ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের তালিকা অত্র বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশের ১৫ (পনের) দিনের মধ্যে নিম্নস্বাক্ষরকারীর বরাবর নাম, পিতা ও মাতার নাম, সেমিস্টারের নাম, রোল নম্বর, ফলাফল ইত্যাদি সঠিকভাবে উল্লেখপূর্বক প্রেরণ করিবার জন্য বলা হইল। এতদসঙ্গে প্রতি সেমিস্টার বা প্রতি বৎসরে আইনে স্নাতক ডিগ্রী কোর্স পরিচালনার ক্ষেত্রে ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের আসন সংখ্যা উল্লেখপূর্বক ইউজিসি-এর অনুমোদনপত্র তালিকার সহিত অবশ্যই সংযুক্ত করিতে হইবে। যে সকল বেসরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় উল্লেখিত সময়ের মধ্যে ইউজিসি অনুমোদনসহ আইনে স্নাতক ডিগ্রী অর্জনকারী ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের তালিকা বার কাউন্সিলে প্রেরণে ব্যর্থ হইবে সেই সকল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের কোন ছাত্র-ছাত্রীকে বার কাউন্সিলের এডভোকেটশীপ পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য রেজিষ্ট্রেশন প্রদান করা সম্ভব হইবে না।”

এরপর ৩৬টি প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় তাদের স্ব স্ব প্রতিষ্ঠানের আইন বিভাগ থেকে স্নাতকে ডিগ্রী অর্জনকারী সর্বমোট ১২ হাজার ৮৬৪ জন ছাত্রছাত্রীর তালিকা বার কাউন্সিলে জমা দেয়।

জেনে নিন অনলাইনে জিডি করার নিয়ম কানুন !

ডায়েরি (জিডি) করতে এখন আর থানায় গিয়ে আবেদনপত্র লিখতে হবে না। ঘরে বসে অনলাইনে নির্ধারিত ফরম পূরণ করে আপনি নিজেই করতে পারেন সাধারণ ডায়েরি। আপনার দলিল, সার্টিফিকেট, পরিচয়পত্র ইত্যাদি হারানো, চুরি, ছিনতাই সংক্রান্ত তথ্য জানিয়ে বাসায় বসেই নিরাপদে অনলাইনে জিডি করতে পারেন । শুরুতে শুধু ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটনের সব থানার আওতায় বসবাসকারীরা এ সুযোগ পাচ্ছেন। পাসপোর্ট, ব্যাংকের চেক বই, সার্টিফিকেটসহ কোনো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দলিল হারিয়ে গেলে অনলাইনে সাধারণ ডায়েরি করা যাবে। এ ছাড়া বখাটে, মাদকসেবী বা অপরাধীদের আড্ডাস্থল বা অন্য কোনো অবৈধ সমাবেশ সম্পর্কিত অভিযোগ অনলাইনে করার সুযোগ রয়েছে।

যেভাবে জিডি করবেন

ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটন পুলিশের ওয়েবসাইট http://www.dmp.gov.bd/ ঠিকানায় প্রবেশের পর প্রধান পৃষ্ঠার ব্যানারের নিচেই দেখতে পাবেন Citizen Help Request নামের একটি ট্যাব। এই ট্যাবে ক্লিক করলে চলে আসবে আলাদা একটি পাতা। পাতার শুরুতেই অনলাইনে সাধারণ ডায়েরি নিয়ে কিছু বর্ণনা দেওয়া হয়েছে। নিচের অংশে রয়েছে তথ্য দেওয়ার তালিকা। এই তালিকা থেকে আপনি যে ধরনের সাধারণ ডায়েরি করতে চান তা নির্বাচন করুন। নির্বাচনের মাধ্যমে পরবর্তী পাতায় আপনি পাবেন ডায়েরি করার ফরম। ফরম পূরণের শুরুতে আপনি যে থানায় ডায়েরিটি করবেন তা নির্বাচন করতে হবে। এরপর আপনার নাম, ঠিকানাসহ সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্যাবলি পূরণ করে Submit বাটনটি ক্লিক করলেই সংশ্লিষ্ট থানায় পৌঁছে যাবে আপনার তথ্য। স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে আপনি একটি শনাক্তকরণ নম্বর ও থানা থেকে কবে ডায়েরি সংক্রান্ত সত্যায়িত কাগজটি সংগ্রহ করবেন তার সময় জানতে পারবেন। নম্বরটি সংরক্ষণ করুন। কারণ থানা থেকে আপনার সাধারণ ডায়েরির সত্যায়িত কপিটি সংগ্রহ করতে পরে নম্বরটির প্রয়োজন পড়বে।

অনলাইনে সাধারণ ডায়েরি সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো পরামর্শ ও তথ্যের জন্য [email protected] ঠিকানায় মেইল পাঠাতে পারেন। অথবা ফ্যাক্স করতে পারেন ০২-৯৫৫৮৮১৮ নম্বরে।

জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র ভেরিফাই করুন

প্রথমে আপনাকে যেতে হবে www.nidw.gov.bd
এই সাইটে। তারপর বামপাশে তৃতীয় লাইনে দেখুন লিখা আছে ভেরিফাই এনআইডি। এখানে ক্লিক করুন তারপর উপরের ছবিটা আসবে সেখানে রেজিস্টারে ক্লিক করতে হবে রেজিস্টার আসলে এবার ফরমটা পূরণ করুন। ই-মেইল,মোবাইল নং দিন, এনআইডি ঘরে আপনার বার্থ ইয়ার দিয়ে হুবহু আইডি নাম্বার লিখুন, এবার জন্ম তারিখ লিখুন, পাসওয়ার্ডের ঘরে ইংরেজীর বড় একটি অক্ষর, একটি ছোট আর একটি সংখ্যা দিতেই হবে আগে পরে। আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড সারাজীবন সংরক্ষন করবেন এজন্য পাসওয়ার্ড বিভিন্ন জায়গায় লিখে সংরক্ষন করুন । সাবমিটে ক্লিক করার পরপরই আপনার মোবাইলে একটি মেসেজ কোড আসবে। এবার কোডটা বসিয়ে দিন ব্যস হয়ে গেল আপনার এনআইডি ভেরিফাই রেজিষ্ট্রেশন। বাংলাদেশ থেকে একবার রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করা হয়ে গেলে পৃথিবীর যেকোন জায়গা থেকেই ভেরিফাই করে যেকাউকে দেখাতে পারবেন আপনার পরিচয় পত্র।

Her hair was up in a ponytail
Her favorite dress tied with a bow
Today was Daddy's Day at school
And she couldn't wait to go.
But her mommy tried to tell her,
That she probably should stay home.
Why the kids might not understand,
If she went to school alone.
But she was not afraid;
She knew just what to say.
What to tell her classmates
Of why he wasn't there today.
But still her mother worried,
For her to face this day alone.
And that was why once again,
She tried to keep her daughter home.
But the little girl went to school,
Eager to tell them all.
About a dad she never sees,
A dad who never calls.
There were daddies along the wall in back,
For everyone to meet
Children squirming impatently,
Anxious in their seats.
One by one the teacher called,
Each student from the class.
To introduce their daddy,
As seconds slowly passed.
At last the teacher called her name,
Every child turned to stare.
Each of them was searching,
For a man who wasn't there.
"Where's her daddy at?"
She heard a boy call out.
"She probably doesn't have one"
Another student dared to shout.
And from somewhere near the back,
She heard a daddy say,
"Looks like another deadbeat dad,
Too busy to waste his day."
The words did not offened her,
As she smiled up at her mom.
And looked back at her teacher,
Who told her to go on.
And with hands behind her back,
Slowly she began to speak.
And out from the mouth of a child,
Came words incredibly unique.
"My daddy couldn't be here,
Because he lives so far away.
But I know he wishes he could be,
Since this is such a special day.
And though you cannot meet him,
I wanted you to know.
All about my daddy,
And how much he loves me so.
He loved to tell me stories
He taught me to ride my bike.
He surprised me with pink roses,
And taught me to fly a kite.
We used to share fudge sundaes,
and ice cream in a cone.
And though you cannot see him,
I'm not standing here alone.
Cause my daddy's always with me
Even though we are apart.
I know because he told me,
He'll forever be in my heart."
With that, her little hand reached up,
and lay across her chest.
Feeling her own heartbeat,
Beneath her favorite dress.
And from somewhere in the crowd of dads,
Her mother stood in tears.
Proudly watching her daughter,
Who was wise beyond her years.
For she stood up for the love
Of a man not in her life.
Doing what was best for her,
Doing what was right.
And when she dropped her hand back down,
Staring straight into the crowd.
She finished with a voice so soft,
But its message clear and loud.
"I love my daddy very much,
He's my shining star.
And if he could he'd be here,
But heaven's just too far.
You see he was a fireman
And died just this past year.
When airplanes hit the towers
And taught Americans to fear.
But sometimes when I close my eyes,
It's like he never went away."
And then she closes her eyes,
And saw him there that day.
And to her mother's amazement,
She witnessed with surprise.
A room full of daddies and children,
All starting to close their eyes.
Who knows what they say before them,
Who knows what they felt inside.
Perhaps for merely a second,
They saw him at her side.
"I know you're with me Daddy."
To the silence she called out.
And what happened next made believers,
Of those once filled with doubt.
Not one in that room could explain it,
For each of their eyes had been closed.
But there on the desk beside her,
Was a fragrant long-stemmed pink rose.
And a child was blessed, if only for a moment,
By the love of her shining bright star.
And given the gift of believing,
That heaven is never too far

NOTICE

Written Exam. for Permission to Practice in the High Court Division

This is for information of all concerned that the next written examination for permission to practice in the High Court Division will be held on 09-08-2014.

Advocates who are entitled, under Article 21(1) and Rule 65A(i) of the Bar Council Order and Rules, 1972, to be permitted to practice in the High Court Division may apply in Prescribed Form along with a payment of fee of Tk.6000/- (i.e. permission fee of Tk.5000/- & examination fee of Tk.1000/-) in favor of “Bangladesh Bar Council” and Form fee of Tk.400/- in favor of “Bangladesh Bar Council Savings Account No.34120306” and requisite papers (i.e. academic certificates, a list of 10 writ, 5 civil & 10 criminal cases etc.) so as to reach the same to the Bar Council office on or before 15-06-2014.

Admit Card of the candidates will be delivered to them from the Bar Council Office during office hours from 03-08-2014 to 06-08-2014.

Unsuccessful candidates of the last written examination as well of the last viva-voce examination whose written examination result stood cancelled as per the provision of Rule 65A(4) of the Bar Council Rules, may also apply by 15-06-2014 in prescribed form. Such application should be accompanied by a payment of Examination Fee of Tk.1,000/- (One thousand only) in favor of the “Bangladesh Bar Council” and Form Fee of Tk.150/- (one hundred and fifty taka) in favour of “Bangladesh Bar Council Savings Account No. 34120306” by separate Pay slip/Bank draft/Pay order and enclosed copies of all attested academic certificates, three copies of passport size recent photographs(attested by the Senior or General Secretary/President of the concerned Bar) and a photocopy of admit card of the last examination.
