Your goal: to ensure smooth operation and reliable processing of all change requests in accordance with the defined service agreements (SLAs), company standards and legal requirements.
You Tasks
• You are responsible for the network design and act as a sub-project manager for network infrastructure
• In addition, you use control and implementation tools for the local and remote implementation of LAN / WAN (protocols, switches, routers, load balancers) and security components (firewalls, VPN) and methods effectively.
• With appropriate professional experience and know-how in Azure, AWS and GCP, you will also support relevant migrations and develop new automation solutions in the network environment as a team.
• Depending on the background, you will support or be responsible for troubleshooting and error correction, carry out system and disaster recovery tests and take care of system resources.
Your Qualification
• Training as an IT specialist for system integration, further training as a system administrator or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the design and configuration of active network components / topologies and - depending on the entry level - initial insights or a sound background in network, communication and security solutions (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, VPN)
• Certifications as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and / or Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA) as well as ITIL knowledge
• Good English
• A communicative team player with a lot of initiative who does not have to keep an eye on his fingers
