We grew with a 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞.
And today, we are building a 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫.

For more than 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬, CPDL Family has been on a journey of transformation - from a real estate company to a diversified ecosystem spanning 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧, 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞.

𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐏𝐃𝐋 𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐘, arranged every month.

Along with Thanksgiving we celebrate Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, and introduce new members of CPDL Family.

Through this, basically we practice our family philosophy "𝐄𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬" which makes our bonding stronger and gives us the strength to work better for society.

At CPDL, we thank each other at the end of each month for all the beyond border performances of individuals and teams.

We believe that we can make others happy by appreciating his/her dedication and smart work which brings happiness to the appreciator as well.

Nabeha Marzan is one of 47 apprentices who gained industry-ready skills through ILO's re-modelled industry-institute Attachment Programme with the Ministry of Education of Bangladesh, landing a full-time role with her industry partner.

𝐂𝐏𝐃𝐋 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 was pleased to join the vibrant 𝐁𝐆𝐂𝐋 𝐅𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. We sincerely thank the Executive Committee and all members of BUET Graduates Club for making us a part of this wonderful celebration.

It was truly a pleasure to connect, share joyful moments, and strengthen the bonds that bring communities together.
We look forward to building many more happy moments together.

As part of our 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 journey, CPDL Family recently held its Half-Yearly 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 at the 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥, Galleria-Your Second Home, bringing together our team to reflect on the achievements of the first half of the year and align our vision for the months ahead.

The Town Hall reaffirmed our commitment to delivering greater value to our clients, investors, landowners, suppliers, vendors, affiliates, and communities through smarter management, continuous improvement, and expanded services.

Together, we remain focused on surpassing our previous milestones and moving confidently towards our shared vision of becoming a global organization.
