Position Details: Telesales Specialist

Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound sales calls to international clients (USA, Canada & Australia)
• Professionally pitch services and close deals
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups for lead nurturing Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum education: HSC / O-Level / A-Level / Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong persuasive and communication skills
• A target-oriented, sales-driven mindset
• Male and female both can apply
• Freshers welcome; telesales experience will be an advantage
• Background in MCA, Solar, or Janitorial campaigns preferred
What We Offer
• Monthly salary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000
• Sales commissions up to BDT 50,000

Work Schedule
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
