Mount Sinabung is an active volcano located on the Karo plateau in Karo Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia.

Elevation: 2400 masl

Process: Gilling Basah (traditional wet-hulling)

Sinabung Arabica Grade 1 TP is a cleaner, more vibrant, and complex cup highlighted by floral and fruit notes, whereas Sumatra Mandheling Grade 1 DP offers a classic, deeply heavy, syrupy cup defined by rich chocolate, cedar, and deep earthy undertones.

Aroma and flavour notes: Dark chocolate, berries, warm spices, herbal, and distinct floral hints.

Body and mouthfeel: Full, but notably creamy, smooth, and clean.

Acidity: Low, but carries a brighter, more approachable fruit nuance.

Cup clarity: High clarity

Finish: Long, sweet and clean.
