Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Introduce and promote our solutions to FMCG organizations

Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Data Analysts who can transform large-scale data into actionable business insights, influence strategy, and partner with Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Data Science teams. The role involves solving complex marketplace, growth, operations, and customer experience problems using data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
* ​Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks
* ​Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business and product performance
* ​Build dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions​
* ​Conduct deep-dive analyses and provide recommendations to leadership​

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend fraud prevention strategies and process improvements

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial plans and cash-flow forecasts
• Manage working capital, cash flow, bank facilities and fund requirements
• Monitor factory profitability, financial performance and cost efficiency
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to top management

Accounting & Reporting:
• Supervise overall accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Review financial reports, trial balances, schedules and management accounts

Costing & RMG Financial Control:
• Review garment/product costing and factory cost structures
• Monitor production costs, overheads, wastage and variances
• Analyze cost per unit, CM cost, factory overhead and profitability
• Coordinate with Production, Commercial, Merchandising, HR & Admin and Supply Chain departments regarding cost control

Tax, VAT & Statutory Compliance:

Audit & Internal Control:
• Coordinate internal, external and statutory audits

• Ensure timely payment of salaries, wages, bonuses and other employee benefits

Team Management:
