STRATEGIC AGILITY
Companies used to reconsider their strategies only rarely. Today any company that isn’t rethinking its direction at least every few years—as well as constantly adjusting to changing contexts— and then quickly making significant operational changes is putting itself at risk. ………… Strategy should be viewed as a dynamic force that constantly seeks opportunities, identifies initiatives that will capitalize on them, and completes those initiatives swiftly and efficiently. That force should be viewed as an ongoing process of “searching, doing, learning, and modifying”.
