● Optimize content for various social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital content creation.
● Technical Skills and Requirements:
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
I. Adobe Photoshop
II. Adobe Illustrator
III. Adobe InDesign
IV. Adobe Premiere Pro
V. Adobe After Effects (VFX and motion graphics)
● Figma (nice to have)
● 3D Software (e.g., Blender or Cinema 4D) (nice to have)
● Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and working with audio.

● Ability to work under tight budgets and meet deadlines.
● Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in social media content creation.
● Basic knowledge of Blender and Figma is desirable.

𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿:
● Assemble raw footage and organize projects to create polished videos through video editing, color grading,
sound mixing, and graphics.
● Maintain consistent creative quality in deliverables in line with our brand.
● Work closely with the Media Buying and Content Team to meet the creative vision for the project.
● Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative
output.
● Create various aspect ratios and localized versions of video creatives if needed.
● Research new ways to speed up workflow, including new plugins, software, and shortcuts.
● Design graphics for video thumbnails, social media posts, and other marketing materials as needed.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿:
● Advanced knowledge and command over Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop, After effects, Adobe
Indesign.
● Familiarity with trending short-form content.
● Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
● Knowledge of Final Cut Pro or Da Vinci Resolve is a plus.
● Industry-level experience in editorial organizational methods and media management.
● Expert knowledge of 4k Workflow, Color Grading, and Green Screen compositing.
● Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
● Behind-the-camera experience is a bonus (video and/or photography).
● Willingness to learn and develop both video editing and graphic design skills.
● Illustration: Ability to create custom illustrations, icons, and other unique design elements.

We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead our amazing APIs, modern applications and SaaS products.
Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining Front End, APIs and server-side code of any application. You will work with the Front-End & Back-End team and along with DevOps and bridge the gap between server-side and client-side of the application, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application will perform.
