কাজ দেন… আমি পারি।
এই কথাটা গত কয়েকদিনে ২০ বার শুনেছি।
ডিজাইনার খুঁজছিলাম। অনেকেই মেসেজ দিয়েছে, ইমেইল করেছে। কিন্তু প্রপার রিজিউম নেই, পোর্টফোলিও নেই।
কেউ কেউ তো শুধু একটা লাইন লিখেই আবেদন করেছে – "ভাই, আমি ডিজাইন পারি। কাজ দরকার।"
আমি ভাবছিলাম, এত ক্রিয়েটিভ একটা প্রফেশন, অথচ অনেকে কীভাবে এতটা অবিন্যস্তভাবে নিজেকে প্রেজেন্ট করে?
তাই নিজের অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে কিছু রিয়েল টিপস দিচ্ছি, যা একজন ডিজাইনার হিসেবে তোমার সুযোগ বাড়াতে পারে:

✅ ১. পোর্টফোলিও ঠিকঠাক রাখা
– রিলেভেন্ট, আপডেটেড কাজগুলো রাখো
– স্ক্রিনশট না, কেস স্টাডি থাকলে ভালো
– Behance/Notion/PDF – যা-ই হোক, ক্লিন ও রেসপন্সিভ রাখো

✅ ২. রিজিউম – ডিসেন্টলি ডিজাইন করো
– টাইপোগ্রাফি, হায়ারার্কি, হোয়াইট স্পেস
– স্কিল, টুলস, এক্সপেরিয়েন্স বুলেট ফরম্যাটে
– Impact থাকলে mention করো

✅ ৩. কাস্টম কভার লেটার/ইমেইল
– “ভাই কাজ দেন” না, বরং কেন আগ্রহী সেটা বোঝাও

শেষ কথা:
তোমার কাজ ভালো, কিন্তু প্রেজেন্টেশন ঠিক না হলে সেটা কেউ বুঝবে না।
তাই আজ থেকেই নিজের প্রোফাইল গুছিয়ে ফেলো – চাকরিটা তোমার দিকেই আসবে।
