How not to become a victim of deception?
First, you must understand the process in detail from beginning to end.⬇️⬇️
1. Our company is officially registered and provides CONSULTING services.
We do not provide visa services or employment services. Visa services are provided exclusively by the Embassy or authorized visa centers. Other companies cannot perform visa functions. This is illegal. You must be aware of this.
Regarding employment services. We are not an employment agency. We do not invite foreign citizens to work on our behalf. We cooperate with other companies to provide related services.
2. Visa guarantees.
We do not guarantee obtaining a visa. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE! Why?
We cannot be held responsible for the decisions of the state body. Only the Embassy can make a decision on issuing a visa. If the Embassy does not issue a visa, the Embassy provides a letter explaining the reasons for the refusal. The embassy checks your eligibility for immigration. We do not make any illegal solicitations or offers to guarantee a visa. This is unacceptable and illegal. We can only provide correct advice on this process, but this is not a guarantee. The final decision rests with the Embassy and no one can predict it.
3. Who issues a work permit? How to check its legality?
The work permit is issued by the Voivodeship. This is a state body authorized to perform these functions. We are responsible for the legality and verification of the legality of these documents. Each work permit has its own number. Poland has created a system for verifying work permits at the stage of submitting documents to the Embassy. That is, if the documents are illegal, you will not even be able to submit them to the Embassy and get an appointment to submit the documents.
4. Regarding payment.
We have a defined payment system. We fix all conditions in the contract. You pay for consulting services. YOU do not pay for visa services or employment permits. This is an incorrect wording. I emphasize once again that our company does not provide visa services and employment services. You must be aware of this. If we have not provided the service within the specified period, we will refund your advance minus TAXES.
5. Each client receives a contract identifying all these conditions.
6. Funds cannot be returned
- if you have not received a visa.
- if you cannot submit documents to the Embassy
- if you have changed your mind about submitting documents, or your plans have changed
- if you could not get an appointment at the Embassy
- if you do not like a point or condition in the documents issued by the government
7. Another important point.
We understand that certain Embassies are overburdened due to the large number of applicants. We cannot change this fact. We do not influence the appointment system of the Embassy. We cannot change the appointment system at the Embassy. Therefore, obtaining an appointment is not an easy task and depends solely on the Embassy.
