The ongoing collaboration with 𝐕𝐅 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 has opened a door for 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 to step forward beyond the borders and peek through the life, challenges and aspirations of Bangladeshi female migrant workers at Jordan RMG factories. The team of Change Associates believes this thrilling explorative opportunity to work with female remittance fighters for the country is another feather added to its accomplishments and welcomed a new horizon to learn and grow as an organization.

This experience has provided a unique and deeper perspective, potentially staging the development of more impactful programs and strategies to understand and improve the life of the Bangladeshi workers of Jordan in the future.

Imagine a woman once feeling helpless, a victim of workplace harassment. But after our S.A.F.E. Together training, with newfound courage, she now knows her way through justice, leading to a safer work environment for herself and others. Another woman, once ashamed, now openly discusses harassment with colleagues, fostering a culture of awareness and support. Yet another woman, recognizing the signs of abuse, is now confident in her rights, knowing she has a safe space to report incidents.

These women, and countless others, are breaking the silence and demanding change. By equipping workers with the knowledge and tools to recognize and address harassment, we're building a future free from fear and discrimination.

As part of the campaign on International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, we proudly showcase our contribution to creating safer workplaces. Our S.A.F.E. Together program is empowering women to break the silence and demand change. Join us in our mission to eliminate violence against women and girls.
