Job Context
• Position: Call Center Executive - International - DAY & NIGHT SHIFT
• Night Shift Schedule: 11 PM - 8 AM
• Day Shift Schedule: 2 PM – 11 PM
• Full time - 6 days/week

Educational Requirements
• A - Level/HSC, NSU, IUB, BRAC, AIUB, EAST WEST Graduate/ IELTS Band Score 6
• Preferences will be given to people who have returned from Foreign Lands where English is the First Language.
• Skills Required: Fluent in English.
Experience Requirements
• 2 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Travel Agency Work Experience.
• Without Work Experience above area, need not to apply.
Additional Requirements
• Age at least 19 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• MUST BE EXTREMELY FLUENT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
• MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERSE IN ENGLISH.
• IELTS is a MUST (minimum overall score 6).
• Preferences will be given to English medium background.
• Experience with International Call Centre will get priority.
• Basic Web Development experiences will get preference.
