02. Target = 60÷SMV.

03. Team target =(60÷SMV)x Present operator x Organization efficiency .

04. Target per day = Working hour x 60 x No. of operator / Target SMV.

05. Capacity=Average of total obserb time x 1.66 + 30% Allowance / 60.

06. Factory capacity=No. of operator x working minutes + Present % x average factory efficiency.

07. Capacity per day = Present operator x working hour x organization efficiency x Attendance.

08. Weekly capacity = No. of operators x Absenteesm x Clock minutes per week x Average factory efficiency.

09. Marker efficiency = Area of patterns in the marker / Total area of the marker x 100.

10. Load = (Contract size x work content) contract 1+ (Contract size x work content)

26. Balancing loss = AML-TML/AMLx100.

27. Standard time = Net operation time x (1+ Ratio of loss time).
28. Daily output = Working hours (seconds) + Standard time.
29. Output per operator = Work hours (second) / Total time of operations.
30. Required No. of operators = Targeted daily output / Daily output per operator.
31. Target daily capacity = Daily work hours / Standard process time (SPT).
32. Daily capacity per worker = Daily capacity / No. of workers = Daily Work hours / Standard total processing.
33. Organization efficiency = Pitch time / Bottle neck process time (x100) = 100/140 x 100 = 71.4%
34. Upper limit = Pitch time / Target organization efficiency = 100 / 0.85 = 117.6 seconds.
35. Lower limit = 2 x Pitch time – Upper limit = 2 x 100 – 117.6 = 82.4 seconds.

এইচএসসিতে আজকে যারা ভালো রেজাল্ট করছো তারা এখন মেডিকেল/ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং/ইউনিভার্সিটিতে চান্স পাইতে চেষ্টা করো।

যারা ভালো করো নাই তারা পড়াশোনা খ্যামা দিয়া বিদেশ যায়া কাম কাজ করার ট্রাই করো। বা দেশে যেকোনো ব্যাবসা করো। পাঁচ বছর পর উপরের ক্যাটাগরিকে চাকরি দিতে তোমারে লাগবে।

যারা মাঝামাঝি রেজাল্ট করছো তোমাদের জ্ঞান দেয়ার সামর্থ্য নাই। কারণ তোমরা বেশিরভাগ যায়া ন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটিতে ভর্তি হইবা। ঐটা একটা স্ক্যাম। বেকার বানানোর কারখানা। যে ছেলেটা ইন্টারের পর টেকনিকাল কোনো কাজ শিখে আয় রোজগার কর‍তে পারতো সেই ছেলেটাও নামের লগে অনার্স ডিগ্রি লাগানোর লোভে ন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটি নামে স্ক্যামিং মেশিনে ঢুকে পড়বে।

যদি ভালো বুদ্ধি চাও তাইলে কর্মসংস্থান নাই পাবলিক ইউনিভার্সিটির এমন সাবজেক্টে চান্স পাইলেও পইড়ো না।

ন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটিতে না পইড়া টেকনিকাল কোনো স্কিল ডেভেলপ করো।

সবসময় ন্যাশনাল জিনিস থেইকা দূরে থাকবা। ন্যাশনাল ক্রিকেট টিম, ন্যাশনাল ব্যাংক ইত্যাদি।

আমরা গরীব দেশ। আমাগো লাখ লাখ রাষ্ট্রবিজ্ঞানী, ইতিহাসবিদ, যুক্তিবিদ, দার্শনিক এসবের প্রয়োজন নাই। কয়েকজন হইলেই চলে। আর ঘরে ঘরে অনার্স পাশ আনস্কিলড বেকার থাকারও দরকার নাই।

কোনো সাবজেক্টের ডিমান্ড ক্যামনে বুঝবা?

আগে দেখো, ঐ সাবজেক্ট ভালো প্রাইভেট ইউনিভার্সিটিতে পড়ায় কিনা। মানে মানুষ টাকা খরচ কইরা ঐ সাবজেক্টে পড়তে রাজি থাকে কিনা।

যে সাবজেক্ট লোকে টাকা খরচ করে পড়বেনা সে সাবজেক্টের ব্যাবসা প্রাইভেট ওলারা করে না।

আর যে সাবজেক্টের ব্যাবসা প্রাইভেটওলারা করেনা সেইটার ডিমান্ড মার্কেটে নাই।
