On this sacred day in 1971, the dreams of millions were realized through unparalleled courage, sacrifice, and a nine-month-long bloody struggle. The soil of our beloved land was soaked with the blood of countless martyrs who fought to give us a sovereign homeland, a distinct identity, and the honor of raising our red-green flag high in the sky. This victory is not just a moment in history; it is a symbol of our resilience, unity, and indomitable spirit. It gave us our independence, our constitution, our map, and our pride as a free nation.
