ল্যাটিনে আছে 'Carpe Diem' অর্থাৎ ভবিষ্যতের কথা চিন্তা না করে এখনকার মুহুর্ত ভালো করে বেঁচে থাকো। হিন্দি দুইটা মুভির নাম আছে 'কাল হো না হো' আর 'জিন্দেগী না মিলেগি দোবারা'। জেমসের গান আছে 'হতেও পারে এই দেখা শেষ দেখা, হতেও পারে এই গানই শেষ গান'। সবগুলা একই বার্তা দেয় কালকে কী হবে কেউ জানে না, ভবিষ্যতে কী আসবে কেউ বলতে পারবে না।

আমরা কাল কি করেছি আর ভবিষ্যতে কি হবে তা ভাবতে ভাবতে ভুলিই যাই আজটা কেও ভালোভাবে বাঁচা উচিত,
না হয় এটা হতেই পারে আগামী কালটাও আবার আজকের জন্য রিগ্রেট করতে করতে চলে যায়।

Ikigai এর একটা লাইন এরকম,
there is no future, no past. There is only the present..

কাউকে কিছু বলার থাকলে সেটা বলে দিন, ভালোবাসলে জানিয়ে দেন, কিছু করতে চাইলে করে ফেলুন।
প্রতিটি মুহূর্ত সুন্দরভাবে বেঁচে থাকতে শিখুন।
