ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী, ১ মার্চ ২০২৬ বা তার পরে পোস্টমার্ক করা যেকোনো প্রিমিয়াম প্রসেসিং অনুরোধের ক্ষেত্রে আবেদনকারীকে নতুন নির্ধারিত ফি পরিশোধ করতে হবে। প্রিমিয়াম প্রসেসিংয়ের জন্য আবেদন করতে হলে ফর্ম আই-৯০৭ জমা দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক।
