𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
ACA IT Solutions is seeking motivated, professional, and communicative individuals to join our team as Freelance Call Support Representatives. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications, managing WhatsApp leads, explaining company services, and maintaining client follow-up records.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
-Contact and follow up with incoming WhatsApp and phone leads.
-Communicate company services clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
-Conduct outbound calls when required.
-Maintain accurate records of leads, customer information, and follow-up activities using Google Sheets.
-Respond to client inquiries and provide basic information regarding company services.
-Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion opportunities.
-Submit daily work updates and activity reports.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-Confidence in handling phone conversations and client consultations.
-Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
-Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
-Professional attitude, punctuality, and commitment to assigned responsibilities.
-Previous experience in customer support, telemarketing, telesales, or call handling will be considered an advantage.
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀
9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
Work schedule will be arranged flexibly between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Work must be completed on-site at the ACA IT Solutions office.
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀
Daily Payment: BDT 400 – 600 (based on skills and performance)
Lunch Allowance: BDT 100 per working day
Payment Option: Daily or Monthly
Calling Expenses: Fully covered by ACA IT Solutions
