Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week (5 Days a week)
Remuneration: 5000 bdt
Location: Niketon, Gulshan 1, Dhaka

Educational Requirement:
• Business background (Major/Minor in Marketing preferred).
• Completion of all the courses by May 2023 from any UGC approved University is required.
• Students who are in last semester can also apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights in order to identify opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
• Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financial and reporting on product sales as well as developing new business opportunities.
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
• Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
• Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
• Write pitches, blog posts and articles.
• Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
• Establish and maintain brand budgets.
• Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets.

Skills required:
• Business savvy
• Ability to multitask, research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
