Digitizing Skills Development with the ICT Division & Hi-Tech Park Authority

Management and Training International (MTI) Ltd. is honored to partner with the ICT Division and Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority to modernize training management in Bangladesh.

On February 1, 2026, we successfully conducted the Training of Trainers (ToT) for our newly developed Training Center Management System (TCMS) software. This platform is designed to streamline admissions, course management, and certification for the BDSET Center Project.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Shish Haider Chowdhury, ndc (Secretary, ICT Division) for inaugurating the session and sharing his insights on the importance of AI and automation. We also thank Mr. Md. Mamunur Rashid Bhuiyan (MD, BHTPA) and Engr. Mohammad Ziaur Rahman (PD, BDSET) for their trust in MTI's technical expertise.

This is another step forward in our commitment to building a digital-first nation.

In a landmark initiative to bridge the gap between skilled youth and the evolving tech industry, the BDSET Project, under the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority (BHTPA), launched the "Job Fair and Seminar 2025." This nationwide campaign, aimed at connecting 100,000 career opportunities, commenced its inaugural chapter at the Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) on December 10, 2025.
