The Japanese word “Kaizen” means “Continuous Improvement”. Japanese people are following this concept everyday of their life. If we will break “Kaizen” then we will get “Kai” and “Zen”. “Kai” means “Change” and “Zen” means “Good”. When we will make it together again then we will get-

“Kai”+”Zen” means “Change for Good”

Japanese people implemented “Kaizen” every segment of their life & work. Because of that, they make sure their almost “Zero Defect Life and Zero Defect Production”. That’s why; they achieved loyalty from all over the world for their product.

The Toyota Production System is known for Kaizen, where all line personnel are expected to stop their moving production line in case of any abnormality and along with their supervisor, suggest an improvement to resolve the abnormality which may initiate a Kaizen.

The cycle of Kaizen activity can be defined as: "Plan → Do → Check → Act". This is also known as the Shewhart cycle, Deming cycle, or PDCA.

You can implement “Kaizen” every portion of your life & work. We tried to present this concept to all of you very clearly by this video.

If you want to acquire more customers for your business then at first you have to solve burning problem of your customer. When you will solve burning problem of your customer then he/she will be your life long customer.

In your business you will get two types of customers:

1. That person, if he gets any problem for your product then he will come to you and ask you to solve that problem.

2. That person, if he gets any problem for your product then he will not come to you. Just he will move to your competitor.

Between two customers first customer is your asset, if you will solve his problem then he will be your life long customer.

But second customer is very dangerous for you because when he will face any problem for your product or service then he will move to your competitor.
