Company: USA based Multinational chain Food Company.
POSITIONS : Executive / Sr. Executive –Business Development
Salary : Min: 30K & Max: 55K (Based on capacity) + PF + Gratuity + Insurance + at actual Transport Allowance on duty time.
Experience : Experience in Real Estate & MNC Fast food chain shop are highly preferable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop conducive relationship with local and national real estate developer's
• Plan to understand and identify trade areas where we need to open outlets and maintain.
• Bench marking and analysis of Market rent trends and renegotiation of rentals as per market rate for existing restaurants.
• To manage external Real Estate resources in locating and evaluating potential sites
• To ensure strong internal partnerships and collaboration with finance / retail operations/store development and brand.
• To run a proper store approval process internally, before signing up a new location.
• To evaluate existing store portfolio and actively drive relocation, rent reductions, recommend lease renewals and termination.
