It's been almost 2 years of Ayzaah. And in between the time, we have faced the 'ghosting' issue multiple times. 'Multiple' will be even an understatement.

There's a number of customers who placed orders, but later they never picked up the calls when the delivery men called. The delivery agencies usually have policies to hold the parcels for 3 days. So, imagine the delivery men going to those particular locations for 3 days consecutively, and customers are still not answering the calls. Is this scenario anything other than ghosting?

Then there's another kind of customers who place orders but are not available later in the provided locations, nor can they receive the parcels through someone else.

We respect our customers from the core of our heart. And to provide them with ultimate convenience, we never take any prior payment as a safety deposit. Most of the online brands have this practice where they keep the delivery charge as the confirmation of the order (we appreciate this after all the losses we've incurred). However, we earnestly request our esteemed customers to keep these things in mind before ordering.

With every delivery, there's a lot of hidden costs involved. So, confirm your order only if you are really sure about it.

Like every other brand, our esteemed customers also face various problems sometimes depending on the situation. Whatever the issue is, our customer service team is always there to solve it as soon as it arises. We have been sharing the positive thoughts of Ayzaah's customers so far. Today let's talk about something different.

Here's a story of a sister who very humbly shared her experience regarding the quality issue of a bag she purchased.
• It hit us with guilt and failure that probably we couldn't serve her right.
• Whatever the case is, the first step we knew we had to take is 'To be welcoming' to her so that she feels comfortable enough to share her experience.
• We had a conversation with her later over the phone where we analysed how she used the bag and in what ways she took care of that.
• The overall conversation came to this conclusion that this might be for the ways of usage, or this might be due to weather conditions. But this thought never left our mind that this might be a raw material defect as well.

So, while we suggested her some basic ways of taking care of a PU/genuine leather while using, we also offered her with a partial refund for the experience she had using our bag. However, she chose some discount on her next purchase.
