Becoming a real-estate Developer, Raising Funding and Sailoring With Nicole Bremner | #3 Entrepreneurship a Gamble

Ten years ago, following a career in investment management, she was at home raising three children under three and unsure what her future held. Fast forward to 2020 and she has a boutique property development company currently building out 105 homes and commercial units across nine sites in London.

What first attracted her to property was the fast pace and excitement of being a hands-on developer. It was a way of combining my love of architecture and design with my financial knowledge. They had built out millions of pounds of property over the last decade and were at the forefront of alternative finance raising over £6.4m via crowdfunding for six of our sites.

Building on her experience and expertise, particularly around the importance of personal branding within the property space, She is often invited to speak at events throughout the world with engagements in Dubai and Canada during 2020.

Outside of property development she have invested in property auction company Bamboo Auctions and music merchandise company Terrible Merch. She is a non-executive director on the boards of these companies as well as that of Cogress, an alternative finance company.

Whenever possible her partner Paul and she escape to the Mediterranean to sail on Savvy of London, his XP-55 by X-Yachts. They recently launched a sailing channel on YouTube, SailingSavvy, which follows their family’s adventures at sea.
