মুটামুটি ভাবে লিংকডিন প্রোফাইল অপটিমাইজ করে ফেললেন, কিন্তু বুঝতে পারছেন না কোন সেকশনটাতে আরও অপটিমাইজ দরকার।

বেশিভাগ সময়ই আমরা লিংকডিন একবার অপটিমাইজ করে রেখে দেই। আবার ভিডিও বা এআই এর হেল্প নিয়ে যতটুকু অপটিমাইজ করি বুঝে উঠতে পারি না কোথায় ভুল হলো।

I can’t believe I am here after just almost 3 months.

Last night, I got the opportunity to conduct a great session on LinkedIn.
The main topic was how to optimise your LinkedIn profile properly in 2026.

Just opening a profile and leaving it there is not enough.
We have a community where we practice Google Ads together.

Yes yes I know I am an SEO person but I also know and work with Google Ads.
Sometimes clients want that alongside SEO.

So in 2026 growth won’t come only from client hunting
or silently doing work.

LinkedIn adds massive value when it comes to corporate hiring and remote jobs, and most of us already understand that.

Anyway
In our community every day or in almost every session, someone helps in one way or another.

I decided to see if I could contribute something unique.
I thought about helping with LinkedIn, since I try to stay consistent with content there.

That’s how today’s session actually came together.
It was almost a 1 hour and 40 minute long session.

I talked about what a perfect LinkedIn profile should look like.
What mistakes we make when uploading a cover.
What an ideal title or bio should be.

I showed everything practically
What I have learned.
Not some random checklist.

Honestly, I still know ½% about LinkedIn.
I am still learning from big creators like Jasmin, Charlie, Md Ziaul Kader bhai, and Artur

They are truly humble and want to teach if you genuinely want to learn.

SEO didn't suddenly change in December 2025.
It revealed what was already happening quietly.
For most of this year, I saw many sites doing "everything right" yet rankings kept moving in strange ways.
The content was there. The backlinks were solid. The tools were the same.
But the results? Completely different.

I used to focus only on SEO scores and keywords. If my plugin showed a green light, I thought I was doing a great job. But even with perfect scores, some of my projects just didn't grow.

I eventually realized that I was ignoring the most important part: the person using the website.

It didn't matter how many keywords I used if the website was boring or confusing. Users were landing on the page and leaving almost immediately because the experience was bad. This taught me that in 2025, Google cares more about how a user feels than just technical checklists.

Now, I always fix the user experience first. If the site is easy to use, the content performs much better. If the site is a mess, even the best writing will fail.
