Dear All Colleagues,

Good Morning.
We hope this e-mail will find you all, members of your family and colleagues in good health.

Please be informed that our top management has decided to have an office tour to GAIBANDHA.

We hope that everybody will join with us for this trip, but if anybody have personal VALID REASON not to be able to join with this trip, please let us know (Me & Nixon) with reason why will not be able to participate?

Kindly note below:
a) Confirmation should be submitted team wise from team leaders by e-mail (In Excel File)
b) After confirmation, ADMIN team will arrange booking for total person.
c) Once confirm your name , nobody will allow to take out his/her name from confirmed list. If take out name, tour expenditure for his/her will be deducted from his/her salary.
d) Only possibility to takeout names will be consider with proper/emergency family/health issues.
e) If anybody have personal problem to join this office tour, please let us know separately (Only Me & Nixon)
f) Top management is expecting to join everybody in this office tour.

Please communicate with your team and make an excel chart and send to only me and Nixon for confirmation.
Please inform to all your colleagues as I may miss any e-mail ID/ID’s or who don’t have any e-mail ID.

We are pleased to announce our EID Holiday schedule. DVC Limited, Bangladesh Liaison Office will be closed from 28th March 2025 to 06th April 2025 & will re-open on dated 07th April 2025 due to the biggest Muslim Religious festival EID-UL-FITR.
