Job Description(s):

1. Making data entry from live call and call records.
2. Consult with English-speaking customers when necessary.
3. Preparing Summary Report of activities everyday and submit to the supervisor.

Requirement(s):

1. Minimum HSC or O levels.
2. Professional Level Proficiency in English.
3. Should be able to work under immense pressure and strict deadline.
4. Should be willing to take challenges and get things done.
5. Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

Additional Requirement(s):

1. English medium students will get preference but everyone can apply if they are confident enough in English.
2. 6 as Band Score in IELTS.
3. Previous experience of working in Call/Contact Center and Data Entry/BPO Company will get preference.
