Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
2. Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
4. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
7. Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2. 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (freshers may apply if strong potential is demonstrated)
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
6. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
