The first business incubator in Bangladesh is to be inaugurated by the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on July 6, 2022.
A grand opening of not just the eye catching infrastructures but also the pioneering idea of harmonising education with business is to be held in virtual presence of the honourable PM.

Successful completion and Handover of Sheikh Kamal IT Business Incubator at CUET campus. It has been a wonderful experience as it is our country’s first IT Business Incubator. A model has been prepared as a memorial to all the relentless effort of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority and ECL in pursuit of building a better business environment for IT entrepreneurs in Bangladesh.

The first campus-based business incubator opens in January at CUET. The project has been undertaken by ICT division of Bangladesh as a pilot project. Later, perceiving the prospect and scope of contribution of this egg-shaped facility to the emerging revolution in our academic and professional sector, a similar but much larger and more ambitious initiative of establishment of IT business incubation Centres in all 64 districts has been taken up.
Engineers Consortium Limited has been appointed as the consulting firm for this game-changing project and also for the “Establishment of IT Training and Incubation Centres in 11 Districts”.
The vision of a Digital country is materialising.

It will provide 250 entrepreneurs, freelancers and potential startups with financial and logistical services, alongside mentorships
