**Job Location: Chattogram**
# # **The incumbent will have the responsibility to:**
* Facilitate the onboarding process for drivers, assisting with the Pathao platform registration and documentation
* Deliver effective training sessions to drivers
* Provide exceptional assistance to drivers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
* Motivate and coach drivers to enhance their efficiency and performance
* Educate drivers on maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
* Solicit feedback from training sessions and make necessary improvements to enhance the learning experience
* Update and validate Points of Interest (POI) within the app's map database
* Analyze and report driver performance on a daily and weekly basis to management
* Responsible for acquiring rental drivers and maintaining records of onboarded drivers
* Responsible for coordinating and scheduling all types of communications, including Comms, Sticky, and Pop-ups
**The incumbent should bring along:**
* Graduation from a reputed institution in any discipline
* Proficiency in creating content using PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in G-Suite collaboration tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.)
* Knowledge in content development, instructional design, or related roles (added advantage)
