Apex Footwear Limited is hiring: (Unit-2)
Position: Executive,Payroll
Department: Human Resources
Job Location: Kaliakoir, Gazipur.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HRM from a recognized public, private, or overseas university is required.A Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be considered an added advantage.
Qualification that are required and Preferred:
Minimum 2โ3 years of experience in large manufacturing organizations is required. Candidates with experience in the footwear manufacturing industry in a similar role will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure input of personal files for newly recruited employees and update all
relevant information in the payroll system.
- Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, ID cards, and other joining
documents.Prepare daily attendance summary reports.
- Prepare daily reports on absenteeism, punch missing, and leave.Monitor
daily staff and worker attendance, leave, and other related issues; update
payroll software accordingly by verifying with relevant records and
documents.
- Prepare various types of payment sheets such as salary, overtime/
allowance sheets, festival bonus, earned leave encashment, annual
increment, lunch bill, etc.
- Issue "lefty" letters (employee separation letters), and file them in personal
files.
- Prepare the monthly employee separation list and ensure final settlement
as per company policy.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and
deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Respond to employee queries related to salary, tax, and benefits.
- Assist in internal and external payroll audits.
- Collaborate with HRIS/ERP systems to ensure payroll data accuracy.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and IT departments for payroll integration.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
