Job Duties
Sales Manager
Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets for co-working space memberships and services.
Ensure Revenue, Achieve Target Client Acquisition: Achieve target , can work under pressure with specific target and goal, ensure own sales and team sales ,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting start-ups, freelancers, SMEs, and corporate clients to secure memberships and long-term contracts.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
Collaboration & Business expansion: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and space management.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals while ensuring profitability.
Team Leader
Ensure revenue, Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills.
Sales Support: Assist team members in closing complex deals, resolving client queries, and overcoming objections.
Goal Setting: Set clear, achievable sales goals for the team and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Operational Oversight: Coordinate with facility management to ensure co-working spaces meet client expectations, addressing any issues promptly.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on team performance, challenges, and opportunities to the Sales Manager and senior leadership.
Motivation & Culture: Foster a positive, high-energy team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Negotiable, ranging from BDT 80,000 to BDT 100,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Sales Commission: Attractive commission structure based on membership sales and contract values.
Incentives: Performance-based bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
Provident Fund: Enrollment in a provident fund scheme for long-term financial security.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. We appreciate related experience.
Experience:
oSales Manager: Minimum 1-5years of sales experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role, preferably in Co working space, Business Incubator, rental , real estate, hospitality, or co-working industries or start-up ecosystem .
Skills:
oProven track record in sales and client acquisition.
oStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
oAbility to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies.
oProficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
oFluency in English and Bangla; additional languages are a plus.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
