WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to take charge of our sales, marketing, and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for digital and social media marketing, combined with hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Manage e-commerce platforms, optimize product listings, and handle day-to-day operations.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels.
- Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure consistency across all channels.

EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce (1–3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, or other CMS tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO best practices).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for the furniture, home accessories and the design industry.

SALARY + BENEFITS

- BDT. 15,000-20,000/month (depending on experience)
- Festival bonus (twice a year)
- Subsidized lunch
- Overtime as per industry standard
- Annual salary review

DETAILS

- Full-time, Sunday to Thursday & alternate Saturdays

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a versatile Accounting and HR Specialist to join our team, supporting financial operations and human resources functions.

You must be detail-oriented and meticulous in your work. Well-versed in double-entry accounting systems, Bangladesh Tax Laws, Bangladesh banking systems, etc. You will work directly with management, interfacing with factory personnel, vendors/suppliers, etc.

Ensure daily report collection and compilation as per management requirements. Prepare and submit daily accounting reports in prescribed format.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Process payroll, invoices, and tax filings accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records and assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee HR compliance and help develop policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar dual-role position.
- Knowledge and experience of Double-entry accounting systems, ERP & HRM softwares, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal skills to create effective working relationships & partnerships
- Ability and desire to learn new skills and software

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic product designer. You must be self-motivated, creative and passionate about furniture design. A good sense of humor is also a must!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role will include the nesting and calculation of sheet material and raw material requirements, production of 3D visuals, production of a variety of CAD drawings from client or our own specifications, and the transfer of specifications from drawing to production. You will also be required to do merchandising and follow up with contractors and suppliers on production, assembly and/or delivery. You will be working under the direction of our management.

EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Knowledge and experience of Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Technical qualifications and experience related to designing joinery/carpentry shop fitting or cabinet making
- Ability to develop and create specifications sheets
- A strong portfolio showcasing work in furniture, interiors, and graphics
- Good interpersonal skills to create effective working relationships & partnerships
- Ability and desire to learn new skills and software
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous work with furniture design company is a bonus (minimum 1 year)
