Technical Specifications Required:
​Machine Type: Automatic Hydraulic Block Making Machine (Equivalent to QT4-20 or higher).

​Production Range: Hollow Blocks, Solid Bricks, Uni-Paver, and Paving Tiles.
​Power Limit: The total connected load of the entire plant must not exceed 40 KW.
​Operational Power: Preferably within 25-32 KW.
​Capacity: High-frequency vibration and hydraulic pressure for maximum density.
​Scope of Work & Terms:
​Full Turnkey Solution: The quoted price must be inclusive of the machine, all necessary attachments (Mixer, Conveyor, Stacker), and shipping.
​Delivery Location: The price must be quoted for Doorstep Delivery at our factory site in Chattogram, Bangladesh.
​Installation & Setup: The supplier is responsible for the complete physical installation and electrical setup of the plant.
​Commissioning & Testing: The plant must be commissioned and run successfully to demonstrate the promised production capacity and quality.
​Training: Basic operational and maintenance training for our technical staff.

​We are seeking a complete PET Strapping Band Manufacturing Plant for our ongoing industrial project. We invite competitive quotations from reputable local manufacturers or suppliers of high-quality reconditioned machinery.

Technical Specifications & Requirements:

​1. Raw Material: PET Flakes/Crush (Cold Wash/Unwashed).
​2. Production Capacity: 500 kg – 800 kg per day (8–10 hour shift).
​3. Product Size: PET Straps in 9mm, 12mm, and 16mm widths.
​4. Process Line Configuration: Dehumidifier Dryer > Extruder > Hydraulic Screen Filter (Dual Pillar) > Cooling Tank > Double Stage Stretching Unit > Heating Oven > Embossing Unit > Automatic Winder.
​5.Quality Standard: The produced strap must strictly comply with ASTM D3950 standards for tensile strength and durability.

We are looking to establish a state-of-the-art, high-capacity Fully Automatic Concrete Block and Paver Production Line in Chattogram, Bangladesh. We invite reputable manufacturers and suppliers to submit their best technical and financial proposals based on the following specifications:

1. Scope of Supply
The production line must be a turnkey solution including, but not limited to:

1.1 Main Forming Machine:
High-frequency Servo-vibration technology (e.g., QT10-15 or QT12-15 equivalent).
1.2 Batching & Mixing Plant:** 3 or 4-bin automatic batching with a JS750/JS1000 Twin-Shaft Mixer.
