Student Visa Requirement—
If you intend to study for more than three months, you must apply for a student visa. Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) will only grant you a student visa if you meet the set requirements. Set Requirements depends on --
1. Your country of nationality
2. Your principal course of study
3. Your chosen education provider

Anyway, some common requirements are as follows----

Undergraduate Course:

1. Minimum Educational qualification: HSC

2. English: For Bangladeshi passport holder-

Achieved, in an IELTS test that was taken less than 2 years before the date of the application, an Overall Band Score of at least 6.0
OR
Will undertake an English Language Course [10 to 30 weeks] and achieved, in an IELTS test that was taken less than 2 years before the date of the application, an Overall Band Score of at least 5.0
Note:
• Some other alternative English test also accepted [ Specify by the DIBP]
• Some educational institute set their own English requirements.

3. Financial requirements : Provide evidence that you have sufficient funds to cover yourself and your family members for the first 12 months of your stay in Australia for:
• Living costs
• Tuition costs
• School costs for any school-aged children.

4. Must need to pass the DIBP set GTE criteria
5. Also need to meet the health criteria.

03. What course should I select? / কোর্স নির্বাচন ঃ

এমন একটি কোর্স নির্বাচন করতে হবে যা আগের পড়াশুনার যা কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত । এইচএসসি পরে আপনার আগের পড়াশুনার প্রাসঙ্গিক কোর্স নির্বাচন করতে হবে.

04. How much money I have to show as my sponsor and who can be my
sponsor ? / কত টাকা স্পন্সর দেখাতে হবে এবং স্পন্সর কে হতে পারবে:

IMZ গাইডলাইন অনুযায়ী যে কেও আপনার স্পন্সর হতে পারে,তবে সবচেয়ে ভালো হয় parents স্পন্সর হলে। আপনার Uncle যদি আপনার স্পন্সর হয় তাহলে তার সাথে সম্পর্ক ও তার আগ্রহের সঠিক নথি স্থাপন করতে হবে. অনেক প্রতিষ্ঠান নকল ব্যাংক সাপোর্ট অথবা ম্যাচিং documents দেখায় এইসব পন্থা ভুলেও গ্রহন করবেন না।

1.লেভেল “7 “ও “8” এর ছাত্রছাত্রীকে ($30000 NZD) 17 লাখ টাকা 6 মাসের জন্য দেখাতে হবে।( FDR, savings bond, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড এর টাকাও দেখানো যেতে পারে)
2. INZ আয়ের উৎস Australiar মতন কঠোর ভাবে উল্লেখ করতে হয় না।

05. Part Time job and post study work rights : পড়ালেখার পাশাপাশি পার্ট- টাইম কাজের সুবিধা ঃ

1.পড়াশুনার পাশাপাশি ছাত্রছাত্রী রা সপ্তাহে ২০ ঘণ্টা এবং সেমিস্টার GAP অথবা vacation ফুল- টাইম কাজের সুযোগ পাবে।
2.কোর্স শেষ হওয়ার পর ছাত্রছাত্রী পাবে 1 বছরের জব সার্চ ভিসা এবং ২ বছরের ফুল- টাইম work permit ভিসা। তারপর PR এর জন্য apply করা যাবে।
3. PR এর জন্য পড়ালেখার সাথে সম্পর্কিত জব করতে হবে।

06. Can I get a visa without IELTS or what are the IELTS requirements?/ IELTS ছাড়া ভিসা পাওয়া যাবে কি?/ IELTS এর প্রয়োজনীয়তা:

যে সকল দেশ থেকে ভিসা সাকসেস রেট 80% এর কম, সে সকল দেশ থেকে IELTS ছাড়া Category 1 ও Category 2( বিশেষ বিবেচনাতে অনুমতিপ্রাপ্ত) কলেজে ভর্তি হওয়া যাবে না।
1.24 অক্টোবর 2015 হতে সকল বাংলাদেশি ছাত্রছাত্রীর জন্য IELTS বাধ্যতামূলক।
2.HSC এর পর 5.5 (5.0 in each band),লেভেল 7 এর ক্ষেত্রে 6.0 (5.5 in each band
PGD লেভেল 8 এর ক্ষেত্রে 6.5 (No band less then 6.0) IELTS থাকা আবশ্যক ।

07. Can I apply with my spouse or can my s***e join me later? / SPOUSE নিয়ে apply করা যাবে কিনা/ পরবর্তী সময়ে কতদিন পর SPOUSE কে সাথে নেয়া যাবে ঃ

হ্যাঁ SPOUSE এর জন্য আবেদন করা যাবে সেই ক্ষেত্রে সরকারি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় অথবা Technical Institute এর অধীনে post graduate লেভেল 8 / 9 এ আবেদন করতে হবে ।

University,Technical Institute or Private College কোনটি নির্বাচন করা উচিৎ ঃ New Zealand এর Universities খুব ব্যয়বহুল । যদি 1 বছরের কোন প্রোগ্রাম এ আবেদন করা হয় সেক্ষেত্রে Govt. Funded Technical Institute নির্বাচন করা ভালো যেখানে টিউশন ফী private college এর মতন ।

08.Is part Time job available? পার্ট টাইম কাজের সুযোগ:

সপ্তাহে 20 ঘন্টা কাজের সুযোগ Vacation-A Full time প্রতি ঘন্টায় আয় নুন্যতম 14.50 NZ Doller. Auckland,Tauranga,Hamilton,Wellington শহরে পার্ট টাইম চাকরী পাওয়া যায়।
