This is a world full of resources and opportunities. And problems too; plenty of them- big or small, individual or communal, prevalent or incidental. Interestingly, the solutions are out there too- you just need to find them. Here you have a choice to make- you can either be a problem-maker or a change-maker. Well you also have a third choice- ‘do nothing’. Back in 2010, a group of seven inspired
mavens decided to join the change-makers and formed genèse innovantes (gi), a management and development consulting firm with a vision to create values to stimulate human well-being. Birth of gi plonked us before a very basic question- how do we change what we want to change? Can we stop this outrageous nuclear race between nations? Does gi have the capacity to send people to mars? But yes, we want to join the journey to make a world free from poverty and inequality; unfortunately we do not have all resources too. But we know governments, policy makers, donors, academicians, civil society organizations across the globe are striving to create a better world. A role in which we believe, a role we have the capacity to play, a role that is critical for inclusive growth. We connect change-makers to collaborate in the most effective and efficient way. We explore all possible avenues expounding the puzzle and learn from the outcomes of previous ventures to create the rational and inclusive solution. gi possesses a deep regard for knowledge and we thrive for it in some undisciplined fashion. Objectivity as well as context matter to us the most. Sharing is the mutual platform, grounded upon which, we dedicate services to our valued clients and beneficiaries. We made our choice!
