As President of "Arrange it with Us", I, Ibtida Ahmed, and our fellow colleagues, are embarrassed and truly sorry to announce to our valuable customers and stakeholders that we made a major mistake in printing wrong destination on the invitation cards on our second event.

To rectify our mistake, we have given Ramisa and her family 50% refund and transported all their guests to the venue.

So, we hope that you will be forgiving and give us the opportunity to be better at our job. We are still new and learning through our mistakes. We truly are sorry and assure you again that this will never happen in the future.
