The MoU was signed by Alamgir Hossain Milky, Director of B-ADVANCY Certification Ltd., and Md. Rahmatul Alam, Managing Partner of DevCon & Associates Advisory Services.

This framework establishes a basis for potential cooperation in key thematic areas including enterprise development, capacity building, research and advisory services, market systems strengthening, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), ESG and sustainability, and project implementation support.

The agreement reflects a mutual understanding to explore collaborative opportunities and enhance knowledge exchange across shared areas of interest. It is explicitly noted that this MoU is non-binding in nature and does not create any financial or contractual obligations between the parties.

We are pleased to announce that Kaisar Mahmud has joined B-ADVANCY Certification Limited as our Head of Certification.

With 12+ years of experience as a QHSE Consultant and Trainer, he is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and Sustainability Expert with a strong background in engineering and compliance.

In this role, he will lead certification operations, strengthen audit quality, and drive continuous improvement across our services.
