BACCO's Strategic Discussion Session and 118th Executive Committee Meeting Held
The Strategic Discussion Session and the 118th Executive Committee Meeting of the Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) were successfully held on Saturday, April 26, 2025. The meeting took place in the firm house owned by one of the directors of BACCO EC, Ms. Sayma Shawkat, located in the Hatiabo, Gazipur district. Executive Committee members and Secretariat officials were present at the event.
During the session, participants engaged in detailed discussions on member development and welfare, organizing BPO Summit 2025, future plans, growth prospects, and current challenges facing the BPO industry. The Executive Committee members shared various strategic recommendations focused on ensuring the sustainable development of the industry, capturing emerging global market opportunities, and addressing the challenges posed by modern technologies.
To foster stronger camaraderie among members, various sports and entertainment activities were organized, adding a lively and enjoyable dimension to the session.
In his closing remarks, BACCO President Tanvir Ibrahim expressed heartfelt gratitude to BACCO Executive Committee, the Secretariat for active participation, and Ms. Sayma Shawkat for hosting the event graciously.
