On 17th May 2026, a seminar entitled "๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ง ๐๐ผ ๐ ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐-๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐น๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ต" was held in the International Conference Hall, organized by the EEE Dept. of BUBT, under the leadership of ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ. ๐๐ฟ. Ahmed Al Mansur, ๐๐ณ๐ฐ๐ง๐ฆ๐ด๐ด๐ฐ๐ณ & ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ช๐ณ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ (๐๐ฆ๐ฑ๐ต. ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐) and ๐๐ฟ. ๐ ๐ฑ. ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ฟ ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ต๐บ๐ฎ๐ป, ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ช๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ช๐ณ๐ฆ๐ค๐ต๐ฐ๐ณ (๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐) & ๐๐ด๐ด๐ฐ๐ค. ๐๐ณ๐ฐ๐ง. (๐๐ฆ๐ฑ๐ต. ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐).
๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ. ๐๐ฟ. ๐ ๐๐ป๐๐ต๐ถ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ต๐ฏ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฟ ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ต๐บ๐ฎ๐ป, ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฏ (๐๐ข๐ค๐ถ๐ญ๐ต๐บ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ค๐ช๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ & ๐๐ฏ๐จ๐ช๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ, ๐๐๐๐) was present as the Chief Guest of the event and appreciated CERT for the initiatives while highlighting the industry-academia issues in his opening speech. After the opening remark, ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ & ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ. M. S. Shafkat Tanjim, ๐๐ฐ-๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐๐ (๐๐๐๐), delivered the keynote speech.
The CEO spoke about the way CERT is working to connect the industry with academic institutions and helping students, mid-career graduates and growing professionals to build industry-ready skill and true professional mindset. He emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between education and the real-world job market to build a industry-aligned future-ready Bangladesh.
The seminar was a great learning opportunity for the students providing them a clear picture of what the industry expects from fresh graduates. Along with students, faculty members were present in the eventnto highlight. The event continued with an exciting industry-based small quiz session for the students along with gift distribution among the winners. And, formally ended with the souvenir exchange with the Honorable Dean and Faculty members.
