The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery. REQUIREMENT FOR A VALID RETURN:

RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Power Mart BD packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers’ box. Damages due to misuse of the product
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
Any consumable item which has been used or installed
Inner-wear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on powermartbd.com
Issuance Of Refunds
If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product. The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

Brand Warranty: This limited warranty will apply to the products. For product defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Brand will provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. Power Mart BD will not take any responsibility for the after-sale services. Service warranty: Power Mart BD will take the responsibility to get the product serviced from the vendor or customer may visit the vendor directly as well with the invoice paper to claim the warranty. Please note if any part of the product needs to be replaced for repairing under this warranty policy, customer will have to pay for that part. Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, broken display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.
